Thats not a link to a provision in the constitution, its a link to a bunch of folks opinions.

Come on, you made the claim that voters aren't allowed to use religious considerations in their decision making process as voters, according to the constitution.

Oh there's no doubt about it - you, personally, can (and I suspect do) use all sorts of crazy reasons not to vote for someone.

Religious reasons are among the craziest.
